What is an unConference?
Unlike a traditional conference with pre-planned speakers, an unConference is completely participant-driven. Attendees co-create the agenda on-site during the first morning. Anyone can propose a project topic, lead a discussion circle, or facilitate a workshop. This format fosters spontaneous collaborations, deep inquiry, and collective learning.

What to Expect & Prepare
- ✓Off-Grid Infrastructure: Hotlum is a regenerative eco-camp. There are no electrical hookups or piped water. Bring warm layers for cold high-desert nights and prepare to pack out all waste.
- ✓Camping Options: Tent camping, campervans/RV parking, and dispersed wilderness spots are available. You will select your preferences in the wizard below.
- ✓Wilderness & Fire Safety: Strictly no open fires are permitted. All registrants must read the environmental policy, sign the liability waiver, and verify they possess required safety gear.
